The FV Syzygy Sea is currently configured as an aquaculture support vessel however would make conversion back to prawn trawl or danish seine fisheries. The vessel is in AMSA 3B Survey for crew of 6 with next shaft survey due in 2026. The main engine and gear box were installed new in 2020 with only 1,670 Hours since installation.
The vessel has a large freezer hold capacity (18 Tonne) and is fitted with handling systems for aquaculture feeding and extented towing operations. Vessel Stability Book and Condition Survey Report (dated September 2022) available for serious enquiries.
