Built in 2003, this Chris Williams designed Scorpian Class Hull was completly redesigned and modified in 2014 by the current owner. The vessel refit details are extensive (see under rebuild details) and the owner re-powered the vessel with a new KTA-19 Cummins Diesel and Twin Disc transmission in 2019. The main engine, derated to 450 Hp since intallantion, has only done 6,700 Hrs.
In AMSA 2B (3 x crew & 12 x passengers) and 3B survey’s (15 x crew) and currently configured as a mothership for a live-export fishery, this vessel will suit long-range commercial charter and / or high-value commercial fishing applications. With crew safety and comfort at the forefront, the accomodation and galley is at a very high standard and designed for challenging tropical environments.
